Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and assisting with activities of daily living
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately following facility policy
Monitor patient condition and report changes to the RN or provider promptly
Document care in the chart thoroughly and on time to keep the care team informed
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Support patients and families with clear communication and a calm bedside manner

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (valid and in good standing)
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
Recent clinical experience preferred; new grads considered with strong references
Up to date immunizations and ability to pass background and health screenings
Reliable, team-oriented, and patient-centered approach to care

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN/Vocational Nursing diploma or certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic wound care and dressing changes
Vital signs assessment and focused patient observation
Familiarity with electronic health record systems and charting
Strong communication skills with patients, families, and the care team
Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm in fast-paced situations
