Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to assigned patients as an LPN
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the care team promptly
Assist with activities of daily living and support patient comfort and safety
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate records in the patient chart and follow facility policies

Qualifications

Current LPN licensure (Licensed Practical Nurse) — must be active and in good standing
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain)
Comfort working 12.5-hour shifts and adapting to varying schedules
Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
Previous clinical experience as an LPN preferred

Education

Diploma or certificate from an accredited Practical Nursing or Vocational Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Familiarity with charting and electronic medical records
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
Professional bedside manner and patient-centered approach
