Shift Type: Per diem, days vary based on facility scheduling, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Day shift

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents at Andover Manor Rehab & Nursing
Administer medications and treatments according to facility policy and practitioner orders
Perform assessments and communicate changes in patient condition to the care team
Document care accurately and timely to support continuity and quality
Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and support services to deliver coordinated care
Support resident comfort, dignity, and safety during activities of daily living

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) credential — LPN or RN candidates accepted (class listed LPN|RN)
Current license valid for practice in Massachusetts
Ability to work per diem shifts including the listed 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM schedule
Clearances and required facility onboarding (background check, health screening) as part of hiring process

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN program (or RN program if applicable) and active licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Strong fundamentals in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Comfortable with resident assessments and documenting care in the chart
Good communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary setting
Ability to prioritize and manage time during busy day shift assignments
Empathy and professionalism when working with rehab and long-term care residents
