Location: Lebanon, NH

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC (days not specified)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, focusing on dignity and comfort
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs accurately and report any changes to nursing staff
Support safe transfers and use proper body mechanics to protect residents and yourself
Document care provided in the resident chart clearly and promptly
Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Help maintain a clean, safe environment and follow facility infection prevention practices

Qualifications

Active LNA license in state of practice or eligible to obtain one promptly
Recent experience working as an LNA or Nursing Assistant preferred
Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Comfort working overnight shifts and providing compassionate bedside care
Good communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training program and active LNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in assisting with ADLs and resident mobility
Knowledge of basic infection control and safety procedures
Comfortable with documentation and basic charting
Ability to observe and report clinical changes accurately
Strong interpersonal skills and resident-focused bedside manner
