Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert critical care nursing to ICU patients
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver top-notch treatment
Administer medications and manage life-support equipment
Educate patients and families with compassion and clarity

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
ICU nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Advanced hemodynamic monitoring
Ventilator management
IV therapy and medication administration
Patient advocacy and family communication
