Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality echocardiography and vascular ultrasound exams with accuracy and compassion
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring images meet diagnostic standards
• Independently manage your caseload and make sound clinical judgments while working solo
• Communicate findings and collaborate with providers to support timely patient care
• Document procedures and maintain patient records in line with facility standards
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification required
• Certification or strong competency in echocardiography and vascular ultrasound
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a variable schedule
• Current basic life support (BLS) or facility-required certifications as applicable
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient-focused approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, and general ultrasound imaging
• Proficient with ultrasound equipment operation and image optimization
• Able to troubleshoot technical issues and perform routine equipment checks
• Comfortable working autonomously and prioritizing patient needs
• Clear communicator who documents accurately and collaborates with care teams
