Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform CT exams and procedures that directly support accurate patient diagnoses
• Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to deliver exceptional imaging services
• Maintain high-quality images by adjusting technical settings and scanning parameters
• Conduct routine quality control and maintenance on CT equipment
• Complete thorough documentation to ensure proper interpretation and archiving of exams
• Support continuous improvement of quality indicators and patient care standards

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required
• ARRT CT registry eligible
• BLS certification required within 60 days of hire
• Graduate of CAHEA accredited Radiology program or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of radiology experience as a registered technologist
• Preferred: 1 year post-graduation experience with trauma radiology

Education

• Graduate of Committee of Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA) accredited Radiology program or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• CT procedures and cross-sectional anatomy expertise
• Strong attention to detail and quality control practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Sound judgment and professional demeanor under pressure
• Comfortable learning new computer applications and equipment
