Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $75 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum
- Triage patients and serve as the baby catcher and transition nurse
- Monitor and titrate Pitocin drips to support safe labor progression
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure excellent outcomes for every family
- Support a rural hospital environment where your skills truly make a difference
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
- BLS, ALS, NRP, and AWHONN EFM certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience
- Trained in LDRP and comfortable functioning as baby catcher/transition nurse
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong LDRP and triage skills
- Ability to work independently in a rural setting
- Comfortable reading fetal monitoring strips
- Team player who can occasionally float to med-surg when needed
