Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform complete CT examinations across the full scope of modalities — ensure image quality and patient safety
• Operate Toshiba and GE CT scanners proficiently and troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Document procedures and patient information accurately in EPIC
• Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication during imaging procedures
• Collaborate with technologists, radiologists, and ancillary staff to optimize patient throughput
• Apply critical thinking to adapt protocols for complex or emergent cases

Qualifications

• ARRT (CT) registry required
• BLS certification required
• Approximately 2 years of CT experience preferred (as listed)
• Experience with EPIC documentation preferred
• Familiarity with Toshiba and GE CT systems a plus
• ACR certification noted as beneficial

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols and cross-sectional anatomy
• Proficiency with EPIC for documentation and order workflow
• Patient care skills with emphasis on safety and comfort
• Critical thinking and ability to prioritize in a busy hospital setting
• Ability to perform a wide range of CT examinations
