Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT studies including routine CT exams, CTA with perfusion, and trauma protocols
• Operate and troubleshoot GE (required) and Philips CT scanners safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with ED and inpatient teams to prioritize urgent imaging needs and support timely care
• Use Cerner and PACS/DR systems to accurately document exams and manage image workflow
• Prepare and administer contrast using Med Rad injectors following facility protocols and safety checks
• Maintain patient safety, positioning, and communication while managing a steady caseload
• Participate in unit orientation and mentorship to support new team members and maintain standards
• Adhere to infection control, radiation safety, and department policies at all times

Qualifications

• ARRT (R)(CT) certification required
• MRTBE CRT and CTCT required (as listed)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience
• Demonstrated GE CT scanner experience required; Philips experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced inpatient/ER environment and handling trauma cases
• Familiarity with Cerner charting and PACS/DR imaging systems
• Experience with Med Rad injector systems and CTA/perfusion studies
• Able to work 12-hour night shifts and participate in weekend coverage as scheduled

Education

• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program (not explicitly specified in posting)
• Relevant CT certifications (ARRT CT, MRTBE CRT, CTCT) required

• Trauma imaging workflow and priorities
