Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting)
Take and record vital signs, monitoring residents and promptly reporting changes
Support a safe, clean environment by following infection control and safety procedures
Collaborate with nurses and the care team to deliver person-centered care
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with families and staff
Contribute to a positive resident experience through respectful, kind interactions

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (active in the state of Pennsylvania)
Valid CPR/BLS certification preferred or obtainable upon hire
Comfortable providing hands-on patient care and assisting with mobility
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Background checks and required facility screenings must be completed

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Active CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
Basic vital sign measurement and observation skills
Infection control and safe patient handling practices
Clear, compassionate communication with residents and team members
Basic charting and documentation
