Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients, assisting with activities of daily living
Take and record vital signs accurately and promptly
Assist nursing team with patient transfers and mobility support
Observe patients and report changes in condition to the clinical team
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
Document care interventions clearly in the patient record
Support a positive patient and family experience with respectful communication

Qualifications

Current CNA certification or state-approved nurse aide credential
Active authorization to work in Pennsylvania (if applicable)
Demonstrated experience providing direct patient care preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work well on a care team
Basic competency with taking vital signs and assisting with ADLs

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of patient care basics and activities of daily living
Ability to take and accurately record vital signs
Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
Good documentation practices and attention to detail
Teamwork, time management and patient-centered communication
