Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct resident care and support daily living activities
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility while promoting dignity
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
Perform safe transfers and repositioning using proper body mechanics
Document care, vitals, and observations accurately and timely
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in PA
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, patient-focused care
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting
Clear background checks and any facility-required screenings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on experience with ADLs, transfers, and basic patient care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
Infection control practices and safe patient handling
Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans
