Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting concerns to the nursing team
Assist with safe patient transfers and mobility support
Maintain a clean, safe and respectful environment for patients and visitors
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to support care plans
Uphold infection control practices and facility policies at all times

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in good standing (PA certification preferred)
Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Up-to-date immunizations and TB screening per facility policy
Reliable transportation and ability to meet the facility start date of 2026-04-20
Previous experience in a long-term care or acute care setting is a plus

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
State-approved CNA training program completion

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care and bedside skills
Clear communication and compassionate bedside manner
Basic charting and documentation skills
Ability to follow care plans and take direction from licensed nurses
Safe patient handling and infection control knowledge
Time management and teamwork in a fast-paced clinical environment
