Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients and support their comfort and dignity
Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting)
Take and record vital signs accurately and report any changes to the nursing team
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control procedures
Document patient interactions and care activities clearly and professionally
Participate actively in orientation and ongoing training to maintain skills

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (or actively pursuing certification) — required
Willingness to complete facility orientation (orientation indicated in job details)
Ability to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Basic ability to assist with patient mobility and physical care
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completed CNA training program and current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
Taking and documenting vital signs
Infection prevention and safe patient handling
Clear communication with patients, families, and care teams
Time management and reliable attendance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment
