Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate basic patient care, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions, reporting changes to the nursing team
Assist patients with mobility, transfers, hygiene, and feeding with dignity and respect
Support the nursing staff with timely and accurate documentation
Maintain a clean and safe environment through infection control and proper equipment use
Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families, and the care team to enhance patient experience

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania (required)
Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or required per facility policy
Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset

Education

High school diploma or GED required; completion of an accredited CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care techniques and comfort with assisting with ADLs
Familiarity with taking and recording vital signs accurately
Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Comfort using electronic documentation/EHR systems
Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills
