Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 8-hour shifts; specific start/end times and days to be determined (Eastern Time)

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
Assist residents with activities of daily living while preserving dignity and independence
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
Accurately document care provided and follow established care plans
Support a positive, team-focused environment and help maintain a safe, clean unit

Qualifications

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to perform resident transfers and basic lifting in line with facility policies
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus, but caring attitude and reliability matter most

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Basic nursing care and infection control principles
Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable with documentation and following care plans
Compassionate resident interaction and emotional intelligence
Good time management and ability to prioritize resident needs
