Shift Type: 8-hour shifts; exact days and start/end times to be confirmed

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Support safe transfer and mobility practices to promote independence
Monitor resident condition and promptly report changes to the nursing team
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through respectful communication
Document care accurately and timely, contributing to high-quality resident records

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania (required)
Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings is a plus
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required by facility
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach

Education

High school diploma or GED required; completion of an approved CNA program and state certification

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamental resident care and ADL assistance
Basic vital signs monitoring and observation skills
Infection control and safety practices
Team collaboration and following care plans
Positive interpersonal skills for working with residents and families
