Location: Glen Mills, PA

Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: 8-hour shift (specific start/end times and days to be confirmed with the facility)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care while maintaining dignity and respect
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
- Support meal assistance and feeding when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of care and observations
- Help create a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality care
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain prior to start
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Clear background check and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements
- Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-centered attitude
- Previous experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Completion of an approved CNA training program and state certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care and infection control practices
- Ability to assist with ADLs safely and respectfully
- Comfortable with documentation and following care plans
- Good teamwork and time management skills
- Basic vital signs measurement and observation skills
