Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
• Support safe patient transfers, mobility, and positioning
• Maintain clean, comfortable patient environments and assist with hygiene needs
• Document care accurately and communicate effectively with nurses and supervisors
• Build trusting relationships with residents and their families to enhance care

Qualifications

• Current,state-approved CNA certification (required)
• Comfortable working the 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM night shift
• Ability to work per-diem/variable schedules as-needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a clinical setting
• Willingness to complete required facility onboarding, background check, and health screenings

Education

• State CNA certification (required)
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on experience with patient hygiene, transfers, and mobility assistance
• Ability to accurately take and record vital signs
• Basic infection control practices and safe patient handling
• Clear documentation and communication skills with clinical teams
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach and strong interpersonal skills
