Shift Type: Evening shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Shift 2). Days not specified / schedule may vary

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, respectful assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Monitor resident condition and report changes to the nursing team promptly
Assist with safe transfers and mobility to promote independence and prevent falls
Support meal service and ensure residents' dietary needs are met
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and observations
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver person-centered care
Uphold infection control practices and facility safety standards at all times

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (required)
Ability to work the evening shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach
Comfort working as part of a team in a fast-paced care environment

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
Basic vital signs monitoring and observation skills
Good documentation and communication with clinical staff
Infection control and safe patient handling practices
Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
