Candidate Pay Rate: $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted partner supporting enterprise business applications that keep hospital operations running smoothly
Manage the full lifecycle of critical systems including Workday Finance and Supply Chain modules
Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand workflow needs and deliver reliable solutions
Handle request fulfillment and provide exceptional customer support to end users
Maintain identity governance and access controls to keep systems secure and compliant
Create clear documentation and knowledge resources that empower the entire team
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational excellence

Qualifications

5+ years of Information Services experience in application support, clinical or business operations, or related field
2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday, specifically finance and supply chain functions
Strong background in application lifecycle management and customer support
Experience with ITSM tools and documentation best practices
Ability to work occasional on-call and non-business hours as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Workday Finance and Supply Chain expertise
Application lifecycle administration and request fulfillment
Identity governance and access management (RBAC)
ITSM tools and CMDB management
Cross-functional project leadership and stakeholder communication
Configuration management and enterprise application portfolio practices
Regulatory compliance and security requirements understanding
