Location: Langhorne, PA

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents with dignity
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in resident charts
Support a safe, clean environment by following infection control practices
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver excellent care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
State CNA registration or eligibility to register in Pennsylvania preferred
BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Comfortable and experienced working night shifts
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to pass background check and meet facility immunization requirements

Education

Completion of an accredited CNA training program
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of resident care and assistance with ADLs
Vital signs measurement and basic clinical observation
Infection prevention and safe patient handling techniques
Basic charting and documentation practices; familiarity with EHR a plus
Strong interpersonal skills for resident-centered care
