Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (days not specified)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care during the night shift
Perform routine assessments and document changes in condition accurately
Administer medications and treatments safely according to orders
Communicate clearly with interdisciplinary team members and families
Support residents with activities of daily living and mobility assistance
Maintain compliance with facility policies and state nursing standards

Qualifications

Valid LPN or RN license in Massachusetts (active and in good standing)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain promptly)
Prior experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing preferred
Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and effective communication
Ability to work independently on night shifts and collaborate with a team

Education

LPN: Nursing diploma or practical nursing program graduate
RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and documentation
Knowledge of common rehab and long-term care nursing practices
Comfortable with electronic medical records and charting
Strong infection control and safety practice awareness
Good time management and prioritization during busy night shifts
