Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate patient care following facility protocols
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team promptly
• Document patient care and observations clearly in the chart or EMR
• Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients
• Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to deliver excellent care

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in North Carolina or compact state eligibility
• BLS/CPR certification required; additional certifications a plus
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required
• Comfortable working a consistent day shift and delivering hands-on care
• Previous experience in long-term care or similar settings preferred

Education

• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and bedside care skills
• Medication administration and documentation proficiency
• Familiarity with electronic medical records or charting systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Time management and prioritization in a busy clinical environment
