Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub in for a variety of surgical procedures including total joints, general, spine, and urology cases
Prepare and maintain sterile fields for 20-30 cases daily across six suites plus hybrid room
Assist surgeons during high-volume Ortho, Vascular, and General Surgery procedures
Collaborate with specialty leads and charge nurses to ensure smooth OR operations
Support the surgical team in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of full-time Surgical Tech experience required
BLS certification required
Hands-on experience with Ortho, Vascular, and General Surgery procedures
Proficient in scrubbing techniques and sterile field maintenance

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of surgical instrumentation and sterile technique
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume OR setting
Familiarity with Cerner EMR documentation
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
