Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with call

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $52 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare operating rooms and ensure all equipment is ready for procedures
Assist surgeons during a wide variety of cases including neuro, spine, ortho, vascular, thoracic, general, trauma, gyn, urology, ENT, robotics, and plastics
Maintain sterile fields and anticipate the needs of the surgical team
Collaborate with charge nurses and managers to deliver exceptional patient care
Float to Walters as needed to support the broader surgical services team

Qualifications

Active Washington state license required
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of operating room experience
Trauma experience strongly preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with Epic EMR documentation
Comfortable with 11-suite OR environment handling 30-40 cases daily
Quick response mindset for 20-30 minute call windows
Team-oriented approach with strong communication skills
