Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, varied start times (8, 10, or 12 hour shifts), block scheduling available

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in a variety of cardiac and vascular surgeries in a fast-paced CVOR suite
Prepare and maintain sterile field, instruments, and supplies
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Handle robotic-assisted procedures using Da Vinci Xi (training available)
Participate in on-call rotation covering evenings, nights, and weekends

Qualifications

Active Washington State Surgical Tech license required
BLS certification required (AHA)
ACLS certification required for RNs; preferred for techs
Minimum 1 year of recent CVOR experience preferred
Robotics experience is a plus, but training available

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical records
Knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation
Ability to scrub and circulate in CVOR cases
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Adaptability to varying case volumes and specialties
