Location: Kearney, NE

Start Date: 06-08-2026

End Date: 09-07-2026

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8 or 10-hour shifts starting at 7:00 AM, same schedule week to week. Call: one weeknight per week until 7:00 AM, three weekend days per month (24-hour shifts), holidays as needed, 15-minute response time

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub independently on cranial procedures and neuro-trauma cases
Support high-volume OR with 18 cases daily across 11 suites
Handle orthopedic total joints, trauma, general OR, urology, ENT, and neuro
Take call confidently with weeknights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Utilize advanced tech like Davinci robotics, Mako, Stealth, and Scopis
Champion patient safety in a bustling, acuity-diverse environment

Qualifications

CST certification preferred
BLS required
Orthopedic total joint and level II trauma experience
General OR experience
Competence in scrubbing cranial procedures independently
Neuro scoring of 3s with ability to take neuro-trauma call

Knowledge & Skills

Ortho total and trauma expertise
Cranial procedures mastery
General OR proficiency
Robotics and navigation systems (Davinci, Mako, Stealth, Scopis)
Fast-paced hustle with positive attitude
