Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, including at least 4 weekends per schedule period

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to patients in the 16-bed NVICU
Manage 2:1 patient ratios with precision and compassion
Perform procedures like central line and A-line placement
Assist with intubations and EVD placements
Collaborate with a dedicated team of 46 staff members
Utilize Meditech EMR for seamless documentation
Float to other ICUs, BMT, and PCU as needed

Qualifications

Active RN license
1+ year of ICU experience required
ACLS certification
Team player who is accountable and caring

Education

Nursing degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

ICU expertise especially in neuro, oncology preferred
Meditech EMR experience a big plus
Proficiency with standard ICU equipment
Skills in central lines, A-lines, intubation, and EVD care
