Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, every other weekend, holiday support

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to ICU/PCU overflow patients in a fast-paced 10-bed unit
Master hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management to stabilize critical cases
Manage central lines and advanced therapies like IV sedation and vasopressors
Assist providers with bedside procedures including chest tubes and intubations
Collaborate with a tight-knit team using Cerner documentation for seamless shifts
Float as needed to support the hospital while performing nurse leader rounding

Qualifications

Active RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications
2+ years of experience
Medical ICU experience from a large facility
Critical thinker who thrives in team environments

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Hemodynamic monitoring expertise
Ventilator management proficiency
Critical care pharmacology including vasopressors and paralytics
Central line management
Comfort with Targeted Temperature Management and advanced equipment
