Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the NICU team with confidence and compassion, ensuring top-notch patient care
Oversee daily operations in the neonatal intensive care unit, making critical decisions that save lives
Mentor and support fellow nurses, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Monitor and advocate for tiny patients and their families during vulnerable moments
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
BLS certification
DCI/BVP certification
NICU experience required
Leadership experience in a clinical setting
Successful completion of Prime Core Competencies Exam, Skills Checklist, and Specialty Exam

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expert NICU nursing skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Proficiency in neonatal patient assessment and care
Excellent communication and crisis management
