Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the NICU team with confidence and compassion during night shifts
Oversee patient care ensuring tiny miracles thrive
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Mentor fellow nurses fostering a culture of excellence
Manage charge nurse duties making critical decisions that matter

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
BLS certification
DCI/BVP certification
NICU experience required
Leadership experience essential

Education

RN degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expert NICU nursing skills
Strong leadership and team management
Proficiency in neonatal critical care
