Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to geriatric and swing bed patients making real differences in their recovery
Monitor telemetry for acute care patients ensuring timely interventions
Manage wound care with precision and expertise
Collaborate with a tight-knit team providing concierge-level service to an affluent community
Utilize Cerner documentation to track patient progress seamlessly

Qualifications

Active RN license
BLS certification required, ACLS and CPI preferred
2+ years of experience
Care of geriatric patients or inpatient rehab experience

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring expertise
Wound care proficiency
Geriatric patient care
Strong teamwork in a fast-paced acute care environment
