Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to neuro medical-surgical patients
Monitor and assess neurological conditions with precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families for empowered recovery journeys
Champion safety and quality in every shift you work

Qualifications

Active RN license in Iowa or compact state
BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
Recent experience in MS-Neuro nursing
Successful completion of specialty competency testing and skills checklist

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong neurological assessment skills
Proficiency in patient monitoring and intervention
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Commitment to evidence-based neuro care practices
