Shift Type: Rotating shifts including 16hr Day, Charge Day/Evening/Night, and holidays; specific times vary by assignment

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert care to cardiac patients including STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, and C/P cases
Manage cardiac drips like Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors with precision
Float confidently to all PCU/IMCU floors while maintaining 1:3-4 ratios
Monitor telemetry beds for lower acuity patients ensuring smooth unit flow
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive positive patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 2 years experience in PCU/IMCU at a similar sized facility
Proficiency in EPIC EMR for seamless documentation
Comfortable floating to cardiac-focused floors

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong telemetry monitoring and cardiac population expertise
PCU/IMCU floor versatility with hands-on drip management
EPIC EMR navigation for efficient charting
