Shift Type: Flexible shifts including day, evening, and night as assigned, willing to work given shifts no block schedules

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-acuity care to complex patients including spinal neuro trauma and surgical cases
Manage patient ratios of 5:1 with handoffs from ED and admitting units
Collaborate with phlebotomists, nursing support techs, and unit secretaries for seamless care
Respond to critical needs in a fast-paced trauma surgery environment

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in surgery trauma specialty
BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
EPIC system proficiency required
Willingness to work assigned shifts with no block scheduling or RTO
