Roles & Responsibilities

Assist Occupational Therapists in crafting and implementing personalized treatment plans that truly make a difference
Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to boost patients' daily living skills and confidence
Track and document patient progress with precision to celebrate every milestone
Empower patients and families with education on therapy techniques and home exercises
Keep the therapy space safe, clean, and welcoming for optimal healing
Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

Qualifications

Active COTA license in California
Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of experience preferred, especially in SNF or rehab settings

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and teams
Ability to thrive working independently or collaboratively
