Shift Type: 3 - 12 hour day shifts per week with 2 Saturdays per month, plus minimum once per week stand-by 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Monday-Friday, Saturday), once per month Sunday stand-by 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM Monday, and once per month back-up Sunday stand-by 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM Monday

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hemodialysis care across multiple hospital campuses including Denville, Dover, Passaic, and Newark
• Complete full dialysis shifts to ensure every patient receives top-notch treatment
• Respond promptly during stand-by shifts to provide critical support
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Adapt seamlessly to various settings including LTACs for broader experience

Qualifications

• Active RN license with Nursys verification
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• DCI/BVP certification
• Successful completion of Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam, Rhythm Interpretation Screening, Core Competencies Exam, Skills Checklist, and Specialty Exam
• Current health requirements including COVID-19 vaccine, TB test, and full physical

Education

• Registered Nursing degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in hemodialysis procedures and patient monitoring
• Strong rhythm interpretation and pharmacology knowledge
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-campus environments
• Excellent standby response and crisis management skills
