Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to cardiac patients including STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, and C/P cases
Manage cardiac drips like Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors with confidence
Float seamlessly to PCU/IMCU floors and telemetry beds, adapting to diverse acuities
Maintain 1:3-4 patient ratios while ensuring top-tier monitoring and support
Collaborate with dynamic teams to make a real difference in patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active BLS and ACLS certifications
Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
Minimum 2 years experience in PCU or similar sized facility with cardiac population

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cardiac drips and telemetry monitoring
Strong floating skills across PCU/IMCU units
Comfortable with high-acuity cardiac cases and lower acuity telemetry
