Shift Type: Day shift, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM with required call including weekends

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care in the fast-paced Cardiovascular Operating Room, handling complex cardiac and vascular procedures
Scrub and circulate seamlessly to support life-saving surgeries like CABG, AVR, TAVR and aortic repairs
Collaborate with a tight-knit team of 7 RNs and 6 CSTs across 5 CVOR suites
Thrive under pressure during emergencies and thoracic robotic cases
Float to Main OR, CathLab and IR to maximize your skills and impact

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year experience, ideally 2+ years exclusive CVOR
BLS and ACLS certifications required
CVOR experience in cardiac and vascular surgery is a must
Ready to rock black scrubs provided by the unit

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in scrubbing and circulating
Proficiency with complex procedures including Type A dissections, Impella/ECMO insertions and endovascular vascular cases
Ability to excel in high-pressure, fast-paced OR environments
Team player mentality that complements the department
