Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver patient-centered nursing care in collaboration with families
Conduct thorough assessments to guide care
Develop and implement personalized care plans
Provide compassionate interventions for tiny patients
Evaluate outcomes to ensure the best results
Uphold ANA Standards of Professional Nursing Practice in the NICU

Qualifications

Active RI RN licensure
Current BLS certification
NRP certification
COVID vaccination
English proficiency
Successful completion of CNE skills checklist, specialty competency exam, basic EKG exam, pharmacology exam, and core competencies

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

ANA Standards of Professional Nursing Practice
