Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional speech-language pathology therapy to improve patient outcomes
Assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders with compassion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
Educate patients and families to empower long-term success
Document progress meticulously to track meaningful improvements

Qualifications

Active SLP license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
CCC-SLP certification preferred
BLS certification required

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and intervention skills for diverse patient needs
Excellent communication and empathy in patient interactions
Proficiency in therapy techniques for speech and swallowing disorders
Team collaboration and adaptability in fast-paced hospital settings
