Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to medical-surgical and neuro patients, impacting lives daily
Monitor patient conditions closely and respond swiftly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create optimal care plans
Educate patients and families with compassion and clarity
Maintain precise documentation to ensure seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
Recent experience in MS/Neuro nursing
Ability to pass Trinity competency testing and skills checklist

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment skills for neuro patients
Proficiency in managing complex medical-surgical cases
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Competence in emergency response protocols
