Shift Type: Variable days including weekends, 6:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC with call required

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub and assist in high-volume surgeries including ortho, vascular, and general cases
Support 20-30 cases daily across 6 suites plus hybrid room
Collaborate with charge nurses and specialty leads for seamless operations
Maintain sterile field and ensure top-notch patient care during procedures
Respond to call needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year full-time Surgical Tech experience
BLS certification required
Experience in Ortho, Vascular, and General Surgery
Proficiency in scrubbing procedures

Education

Surgical Tech certification or equivalent training

Knowledge & Skills

Cerner EMR system
High-volume OR workflows
Ortho total joints, spine, uro, and general surgery cases
