Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care in a bustling 8-suite OR handling 5-30 cases daily from general surgeries to robotics
• Collaborate seamlessly with a tight-knit team on everything from choles and appys to total joints and DaVinci Xi procedures
• Respond swiftly to on-call needs within 30 minutes, tackling GYN, ortho, ENT, GI scopes, and occasional trauma
• Float confidently between College Station and Bryan campuses to support where you're needed most
• Master the Surgical Information Systems EMR similar to Cerner for smooth documentation and workflow

Qualifications

• Active RN license with BLS certification
• At least 2-3 years of solid OR experience including robotics Xi
• Previous travel nursing experience to hit the ground running
• Trauma experience is a bonus for those on-call moments

Education

• RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in diverse OR cases like general, GYN, ortho, ENT, GI, and robotics
• Quick learner for SIS EMR akin to Cerner or Epic
• Team player ready for buddy orientation and independent practice
• Reliable call responder with strong adaptability
