Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to boarder patients from med/surg, stepdown, and ICU in a very busy Level 1 trauma ED
Float to acute units when needed, showcasing your versatility and quick thinking
Provide high-quality emergency nursing in a high-volume setting that makes a real difference
Collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure seamless patient care during peak times

Qualifications

Active RN license with 2 years of experience in a similar-sized Level 1 trauma facility
BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
Strong ED skills with a complete skills checklist and solid references
Resume with no gaps and professional badge-appropriate photo

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency department nursing for diverse patient acuities
Proficiency in trauma care and handling high-pressure situations
Strong floating abilities across med/surg, stepdown, and ICU
Excellent teamwork and adaptability in a busy trauma center
