Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM, including some weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Masterfully manage vents, CPAPs, ABGs, and Hiflos to deliver life-saving respiratory care
Perform advanced bronchoscopy procedures including diagnostic, interventional, therapeutic, and robotic techniques
Conduct pulmonary function testing, CPET, DLCO, pre/post testing, and metabolic cart assessments
Collaborate with the RT team using cutting-edge Drager vents and Phillips V60 CPAPs
Make a real difference in patients' breathing and recovery every shift

Qualifications

Active RRT license with at least 2 years of experience
Proficiency in vents, CPAPs, ABGs, and Hiflos
Advanced skills in bronchoscopy, cryotherapy, cautery, fluoroscopy, stent and fiducial placement

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy
RRT credential required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise with Drager vents, Phillips V60 CPAPs, and Arivo2 Hiflos
Skilled in Meditech documentation system
Comfortable with robotic bronchoscopy (ION/Intuitive) and pulmonary function testing
Strong teamwork in a fast-paced RT department
