Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, including four weekend shifts (Friday or Saturday for nights) in a four week scheduling period

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform rapid sequence intubation (RSI) and life-saving interventions
Manage sepsis protocols with precision and speed
Execute stroke protocols including tPA administration
Insert central lines and provide expert emergency care
Care for diverse patients including psychiatric cases
Coordinate seamless transfers to other facilities under EMTALA
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume 27-bed ER delivering impactful care

Qualifications

Active RN license with 2-3 years of solid ER experience
Completed 2-3 travel assignments - you're a seasoned traveler
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
TNCC preferred, along with ENPC, NRP, or NIH Stroke Scale

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in high-acuity, fast-paced, high-volume ER environments
Comfortable with 4-6:1 patient ratios
Proficient in Meditech EMR system
Team-oriented with a relaxed, friendly, and respectful approach
