Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to med-surg patients making a real difference in their recovery
Collaborate with charge nurses, techs and secretaries in a supportive team atmosphere
Monitor patient conditions closely ensuring safety and comfort on a 33-bed unit
Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech system
Contribute to positive patient experiences by keeping white boards updated
Float when needed to support hospital-wide care excellence

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
BLS certification
At least 2 years of nursing experience
Basic med-surg knowledge and skills

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Solid foundation in medical-surgical nursing
Proficiency with Meditech documentation
Team collaboration in a fast-paced unit environment
Patient-centered care with 5:1 ratios
